Our founder, Erika Alanis-Garcia, LCSW-S, brings over a decade of experience and a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. With a background in community mental health, group practice, and school systems, Erika has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in addressing various emotional and psychological challenges.


Our Services

  • Laughter Yoga & Self-Care Sessions: Unique sessions combining laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques to promote stress reduction and overall well-being.
  • Board Approved Supervision: Clinical supervision for social workers pursuing their clinical licenses, provided by Erika Alanis-Garcia, a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.
